Where is my customer data stored?
Toronto, Canada. PIPEDA-compliant. Your customers' names + phone numbers stay in your account — we never resell or share them.
Can I cancel anytime?

How does the Reputation Firewall work?
After a completed appointment, the customer sees a 1-5 star prompt. If they pick 4 or 5, we redirect them straight to your Google Business page to leave a public review. If they pick 1-3, the comment is captured privately for you to fix — never public.
